Site update — matchmaking, leaderboards and profiles

Looking to Play no longer has a switch. You're listed whenever you're actually around — using the site in the last 15 minutes, or showing as online in Steam — so the board stops filling up with people who flipped a toggle an hour ago and left. Your match preferences (Remote Play or official servers, which patch you're on, and a note) are still yours to set; they just no longer decide whether you appear. Steam presence is now what puts you on the board rather than a label on your card, so a private Steam profile no longer hides you when you're demonstrably on the site.

The leaderboard lists every player instead of the top 50. Anyone yet to finish a ranked match now sits in a separate Unranked section at the bottom, kept out of the board's placements, region filters and character boards — a starting rating isn't a position earned. Search still finds them, and opens the section to show you.

There's a player search in the Competitive header: type a name, or @handle for Discord, and jump straight to someone's profile. Each result shows their picture, record, streak, rating and whether they're around, so two similar names are easy to tell apart.

In matches, the winner of a game now keeps their character and only the loser can counter-pick — the winner's pick is shown before the ready check, since counter-picking means nothing if you can't see what you're picking against. The first game of a set is still picked blind.

Fixes: /matchmaking in Discord was admin-only by mistake and now works for everyone who's linked their account. The Ruler of Las Noches filter missed holders an admin had granted the badge to. Steam account linking refused real profiles when Steam was rate-limiting or down, rather than only when Steam actually said the profile didn't exist; those links now go through and finish verifying themselves. /profile cards ignored the colour adjustments on your banner and now match your profile. Clan tags can be five characters. And Nnoitora was carrying two of Mayuri Kurotsuchi's move names, including a Bankai, which no Arrancar has.
