TLDR
A unique character who has access to very few actions at the start of battle. Awakening or using his Spiritual Pressure Move 2 "Auswählen" unlocks one Kaiser Gesang, and his eight actions unlock in sequence from there. His actions are often powerful once unlocked and he gains options as the fight goes on, so advancing to the next Kaiser Gesang quickly to force the opponent to react is critical. The ninth action unlocked plays an animation that puts him into the Reawakened state whether or not he is Awakened.
