TLDR
Unohana reaches full strength late in fights as she gains large amounts of Fighting Spirit from attacks. Her Signature and Spiritual Pressure Moves chain into a variety of follow-ups with additional presses, making her flexible in many situations. She needs a lot of Fighting Spirit to Awaken and doesn't have much Spiritual Pressure, so she must constantly stay on the offensive, slashing and striking at her opponents.
